A Sufi figure of Fizme (Kumru) origin known as 'Tarakçı' (comb-maker) after his trade; trained under Hacı Mustafa Rûmî in Tokat and Çorum, affiliated with the Mustafa Hâki–Mustafa Takî–İhramcızâde İsmail Hakkı line. He lived in the early 20th century; his death is given as 1949. His grave in Fatsa, with that of his wife Cemile Hanım, was renewed by the Ordu Metropolitan Municipality in 2022.
