Saints Atlas

About us

We turn a scattered and often unsourced spiritual heritage into a lasting digital atlas — with academic sources, transparent citations, and an open statement of each record's review status.

What we do

We map the tombs and stations of the Companions, saints and prophets with their sources, in four languages (TR · AR · EN · ID).

How we work

Each record’s sources and review status are shown on its own page. Editors compare the record with its sources; scholarly review takes place with the signatures of two different review-board members. Details are in the How we review section.

How we review

Who makes it

An editorial team prepares the atlas; contributors appear by name on the Contributors page as far as they have agreed. Publisher details are on the Imprint page.

Our principles

  • Scholarly Approval
Scholarly review requires two different board members to sign the same version of the text; without it, the record page states the review status openly.
  • Mandatory Sources
A new record cannot be published without a citation; an older record still missing one says so on its page.
  • Multiple Viewpoints
Disputed matters are presented in neutral, multi-perspective language.
  • Etiquette First
A visiting-etiquette guide always takes precedence.
  • Respect for All
Equal distance and respect for every school and order.
  • Transparency
Every change is open with version history; each record states its own source and review status.

Pilot stage

The atlas is in its pilot stage: numbers are live, and gaps (records still awaiting citations, a board not yet announced) are stated openly.
