Son and successor of Mawlana Khalid al-Zilani, a Naqshbandi-Khalidi guide counted as the thirty-sixth link in the Zilan branch of the Khalid al-Jazari chain. He studied under and received authorization from his father, and spent years in spiritual guidance.
