Hajji Izz al-Din al-Turkmani (d. 828/1425) was the successor of Akhi Miram and the master of Sadr al-Din al-Khiyawi, the link by which the Khalwati chain extended into Shirvan. Little independent biographical record survives; as his centre of activity and grave are not firmly known, no coordinates are given. (Sources: TDV 'Khalwatiyya'; M. Rihtim, Seyid Yahya Bakuvi and Khalwatism, Baku 2005.)
