A Mevlevi shaykh and author appointed shaykh of the Kütahya Mevlevihane in 1102/1690, serving there for forty-six years. He wrote the Mevlevi biographical dictionary Sefine-i Nefise-i Mevleviyan. He died in 1148/1735 and was buried at the Kütahya Mevlevihane (Dönenler Mosque).
