According to the meros.uz record, the Sayyid Alauddin Mausoleum in Itchan Kala, the historic part of Khiva, was erected about fifty years after the Sufi shaykh's death in 1303 (second half of the 14th century) over his grave; UNESCO 543 lists the 'Mausoleum of Sayid Allavuddin' among the monuments of Itchan Kala. Died 1303.
