Abu'l-Fath Safi al-Din Ishaq ibn Jibra'il Ardabili, disciple and son-in-law of Shaykh Zahid Gilani; he reformed his master's order into the Safaviyya order. He is the eponymous ancestor of the Safavid dynasty that ruled Iran from 1501. His shrine and khanqah ensemble in Ardabil is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. (Sources: TDV; UNESCO WHC #1345.)
