Khwaja Abu Nasr Parsa was a Naqshbandi spiritual leader and teacher of theology of the Timurid era, son of the famous Bukharan scholar Khwaja Muhammad Parsa. He died at Balkh in 865 AH/1461 CE. A grand mausoleum was raised over his grave by the amir Mir Mazid Arghun; now within the 'Green Mosque' complex, it is one of Balkh's most celebrated Timurid monuments.
