Buharalı Şeyh Şakir Efendi was a Bukhara-born scholar and Sufi in 19th-century Ordu. He came during the Crimean War, taught at the Osman Pasha Madrasa, and led the Qadiri lodge. He died in 1293/1877. His grave in Selimiye, Altınordu, on the street bearing his name, was restored by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality and opened to visitors.
