A Khalidi-Naqshbandi sheikh born in 1782 in Kürdemir village (Şamahı, Shirvan). A successor of Mevlana Halid al-Baghdadi, who gave him the title 'Siraceddin', he came to Amasya in 1828 and spent his final years there, dying in a cholera epidemic in 1847. He is buried in the Yukarı Türbe built by his son Şirvanizade Mehmed Rüştü Pasha.
