Ibn Kemal (Kemalpaşazade), a leading Ottoman scholar, historian and Şeyhülislâm from 1526 until his death. He died in Istanbul in 1534 and was buried at the Mahmud Çelebi lodge cemetery outside Edirnekapı; his tomb was demolished and relocated to an unknown site during the 1971 Golden Horn ring-road construction (hence unpinned).
