A scholar and preacher of the Dulkadirid Alaüddevle Bey period who founded a mosque, lodge and madrasa in Elbistan. Endowments in his name were established across Elbistan, Maraş, Antep and Adıyaman, and he was buried in Elbistan. The octagonal domed tomb adjoins the south wall of the mosque.
