Zakariyya, father of Prophet Yahya, is a prophet named in the Qur'an. By tradition his skull was discovered in Baalbek (c. 435/1043), brought via Homs to Aleppo, first kept in the Maqam Ibrahim of the Citadel, then moved to the Great Umayyad Mosque of Aleppo by Sultan Baybars after the 1260 Mongol sack. The maqam lies in a maqsurah to the left of the mihrab. NOTE: the famous shrine in the Umayyad Mosque of Damascus belongs to his son Yahya — not to be confused. The mosque was heavily damaged in 2012-2016; its minaret was destroyed in 2013, restoration ongoing. (Sources: Wikipedia 'Great Mosque of Aleppo'; Muslim Heritage.)
