A Halveti sheikh born in Amasya, also known as Gümüşlüzâde. After joining the Halveti order in Shirvan under Sadreddin-i Hiyavi, he returned to Amasya in 1405 and worked to spread the Halvetiyya in Anatolia, his lodge (endowed in 1413 by Yakub Pasha) becoming the order's center.
