Kütüklü Baba was a Bektashi dervish who served under the raider-commander Gazi Evrenos Bey during the conquest of Western Thrace. He is traditionally credited with founding a tekke near present-day Selino in the Xanthi region; the structure dates to the late 14th-early 15th century.
