Elti Hatun was a noblewoman of the 13th-century SeljukāMengĆ¼cekli period. An octagonal stone tomb (kĆ¼mbet) with a pyramidal cap was built in her name in central Mazgirt in 650 AH / 1252 CE. The popular claim that she was the sister of Uzun Hasan is rejected by historians due to the ~200-year gap.
