Tapduk Emre was a 13th-century Turkmen dervish and sheikh, known as the spiritual master of the great Sufi poet Yunus Emre. He is associated with the Babai-Kalenderi/Haydari current. His exact death date is undocumented (late 13th century). His tomb, the most widely accepted among several attributed shrines, is in Emremsultan village, Nallihan district, Ankara.
