A figure buried in Samsun, popularly held to descend from the lineage of Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani. The mosque and tomb built in his name stand within the historic cemetery in the Kokcuoglu neighborhood of Samsun's Ilkadim district; the structure is of early date and is recorded as having been rebuilt/restored by the Haznedarzade family in the 19th century.
