A pioneer of Khorasan Sufism, celebrated for his Persian quatrains and for systematizing the etiquette of the khanqah. He is buried in his native village of Mehne (MĂ€ne), where his tomb is the chief place of pilgrimage. (Sources: TDV; silkadv.com.)
