According to DİA he died at Dahbid; Iranica (DAHBĪDĪYA) writes that the marble platform (dakhma) later laid out around the tomb of Makhdum-i A'zam came to incorporate the tombs of 'some of his descendants', but does not name Muhammad Amin's grave.
