A Turkmen colonizing dervish-sheikh of the Horasan-origin Abdalân-ı Rûm, a successor (halife) in the Bâyezîd-i Bistâmî line who settled at Kuzköy in Kabataş and founded an influential lodge. His 1395 (AH 797) Arabic decree, a dragon-headed iron staff and other relics are preserved locally. His death date is undocumented, placed at the late 14th/early 15th century.
