A Turkmen colonizing dervish-sheikh of the Horasan-origin AbdalĂąn-ı RĂ»m, a successor (halife) in the BĂąyezĂźd-i BistĂąmĂź line who settled at Kuzköy in KabataĆ and founded an influential lodge. His 1395 (AH 797) Arabic decree, a dragon-headed iron staff and other relics are preserved locally. His death date is undocumented, placed at the late 14th/early 15th century.
