Sheikh Emin Efendi was the imam, kadi, sheikh and architect who founded the Sheikh Emin Tekke (Teqja e Shejh Eminit) of the Saadiyye order in Gjakova (Yakova) in 1730; he built the complex, which includes a semahane and a mausoleum. As founder he is buried in the tekke's türbe, recorded as the 'Şeyh Emin Efendi Tekkesi ve Türbesi' in Raif Virmiça's inventory. His exact date of death is not documented in the available sources.
