Son of Shah Waliullah, an exegete and hadith scholar titled 'Siraj al-Hind'. He led the Madrasa Rahimiyya after his father and wrote some fifty works, notably 'Tuhfa-i Ithna Ashariyya.' Buried in Delhi's Mehdiyan cemetery beside his father. (Sources: TDV; Wikipedia.)
