Named in the Vilâyetnâme of Hacı Bektâş-ı Velî, he is regarded as a Khorasani / Abdalân-ı Rûm dervish associated with the spiritual conquest of Taraklı; some traditions count him among Akyazılı Sultan's brothers, others as a son of Karaca Ahmed. His tomb on Hıdırlık Hill in Taraklı's Ulucami neighborhood has been visited for centuries and honored annually by the 'Hıdırlık Pilavı' tradition. The figure is hagiographic and not fully verifiable from historical records (marked makam/legendary). (Sources: Vilâyetnâme of Hacı Bektâş; Sakarya University Şehir Hafızası)
