A recent Aksaray saint of the Naqshi-Qadiri tradition, a disciple of Hacı İsmail Hakkı, Qadiri sheikh of Nar (Nevşehir). His open-air tomb is on the hill behind the mosque in Aksaray's Bedir Muhtar Cemetery; his son Çekiçlerli İzzet Baba is buried in the same cemetery. (Sources: Evliyalar.net)
