A Sufi shaykh estimated to have lived in the Anatolian Seljuk period; the district of Tekkeköy takes its name from his lodge. Some accounts name him a brother of Seyyid Kutbiddin buried in Samsun. The mosque and tomb are documented, though no dated inscription survives.
