Kuzum Baba, recorded by Evliya Celebi in 1670 as "Kuzgun Baba Sultan", is a Bektashi dervish whose tomb stands on a hill dominating Vlora; he is said to have lived in the early Ottoman period (15th-16th c.), with an unknown death year (R. Elsie, The Albanian Bektashi, 2019; TDV, "Avlonya", Machiel Kiel).
