Atpazarî Osman Fazlı was one of the leading Sufis of the 17th-century Ottoman world, a shaykh of the Celvetiyye order (a branch of the Bayramiyye); he is called 'Atpazarî' after the Atpazarı district of Fatih, Istanbul, where he lived.
