Sheikh Sulayman al-Turkmani
A Mevlevi sheikh who lived in Kırşehir in the late 13th century. Records show he was among the deputies of Sultan Veled and, per his endowment deed of Muharram 697 (November 1297), founded a Mevlevi lodge in eastern Kırşehir; some scholars identify him with the poet Gülşehrî. His mud-brick tomb complex (mosque, tomb chamber and assembly room) stands in the Medrese (İmaret) quarter and contains four graves.
