A şeyh and poet who lived in Sandıklı in the Horasan-dervish tradition, expressing his love for Yunus Emre in his verse; his poem dated 1758 is cited in the sources. He is counted among the patrons of the Sandıklı chickpea-roasters. His tomb adjoins the Muradin Mosque in Çay Mahallesi, alongside Musa Halife, Şemseddin Halife and Abdullah Halife.
